Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. These terms govern use of A Fitting Farewell (the “Service”) operated by Savors Global LLC.

1. The Service

A Fitting Farewell helps families plan farewells and request pricing from funeral service providers. Funeral homes may claim listings, upload General Price Lists (GPLs), and respond to family requests. Estimates shown to families are planning aids derived from GPLs — they are not contracts, quotes, or binding offers.

2. Accounts

Family accounts are free. Funeral home membership is billed monthly per location. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Funeral home obligations

Providers certify that uploaded GPLs are current and accurate, that they are authorized to act for the funeral home, and that messaging with families complies with applicable law and professional standards.

4. Family privacy

Family names and contact details are withheld from funeral homes until a family accepts a response. Providers must use received information only to serve that family’s request.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape listings, or upload malware. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of third-party GPLs, or outcomes of any arrangement. Final pricing and services are agreed directly between families and providers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Savors Global LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
