Families: account email, optional phone, plan content you provide to Sara, ZIP code, and messages with funeral homes after you choose to engage.

Funeral homes: business contact details, GPL uploads, pricing responses, listing content, and messages with families.

Technical: logs, cookies, and device data needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

Provide planning tools, estimates, and messaging
Route family requests to appropriate providers
Authenticate accounts and prevent abuse
Improve the Service and comply with law

Sharing

We share family plan details with funeral homes selected by the family. We do not sell personal information. Service providers (hosting, email, payments) process data on our behalf under contract.

Retention & security

We retain data as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use encryption in transit and access controls appropriate to the data we hold.

Your choices

Families may delete or export plans by contacting us. Funeral homes may update listing data in their dashboard. You may opt out of non-essential emails.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13.
